What attributes inspire us to follow people?
There are reasons we choose to follow someone, most great leaders possess these attributes. The Four Basic needs for someone to follow are Trust, Compassion, Stability and Hope (Strengths Based Leadership) so it is not the actual person it is the attributes that inspire us to follow.
