A campfire will react differently when either of these is poured upon it!
As we go through life we experience instances in our communication where a simple word can be like pouring water or gasoline on a campfire. I used to have conversation after conversation where it would just ignite into an arguing match. I have learned that I can simply change a word in my vocabulary and experience a soothing effect. Certain words in my communication would strike a nerve in the person I was speaking to and by simply changing those words and at times restructuring the sentence would be the difference between pouring water vs. gasoline on a fire.
What words can you swap out that will dowse the fire?
