Do you ever get frustrated when trying to get something done?
When trying to get things done we often feel frustrated, anxious or irritated, this is a great time to step back and evaluate how we are trying to produce results. For instance if we are getting nowhere with a particular situation, we may need to do something different. Sometimes we may just need to stop and take no action for a period of time. There are 1000’s of ways to accomplish something but I seem to get focused on one way, the way that I have learned to handle it.
One of the biggest for me is communication and the words I use, you know that you can just change one word and get a different result. Once we can be open to trying something different then we can create a different outcome.
