This is the thing(s) we do and will take to our grave!
I am not sure if there is something that you do that you do not want anyone to find out but I was like this for years.
It first started out when I was a little boy with a playboy magazine; oh man was the shame and guilt so strong. Later in my life I fell into being a slave to Alcohol and Drugs, I would sneak and not let anyone find out I was drinking and using drugs. I also can remember sneaking food when no one was looking, another was when I stole something from the store, another was when I took something that was not mine and I could go on and on.
Today I do not have a secret sin in my life; I have found safe and understanding people that I could be transparent with.

How can you bring it out of the darkness so you can be free?
This can be a scary thing but I can tell you the freedom you will receive is beyond anything I have ever experienced. There are places and people that can support you in reducing the shame and guilt.
