Walks can be very beneficial!
We can gain insight and peace by just taking a walk, especially when we are in nature. When you are walking, use your time to pray and enjoy your surroundings. We can deepen our relationships by going on walks together. Couples that take time to go on 2-4 walks together per week have shared that they feel more connected to each other.
It’s important to be present and refrain from any distractions while you are on your walk, this will allow you to shut down your thoughts and focus on your surroundings and God.
