We think what we own is ours!
Everything is God’s but he allows us to use things. Recently I had a friend tell me just let go of the need to have a material item and he quoted this scripture “Give to Caesar What Belongs to Caesar, Give to God What Belongs to God”.
My friend Paul used to tell me that I need to let go of a particular possession and then he prefaced it with this. Ernie it does not mean you have to give it away or loose it. It means “In your Heart let Go as if it does not matter if you have it or not”. FULL SURRENDER! It is the idea that I have to have it that has to be smashed.
