Have you heard this saying before?
We go through life expecting things to go a certain way and then “Bam†something happens that stops you in your tracks. I have spoken to several people that have had this experience including myself. It could range from an accident, loss of a job, economy shift, loss of a friend; someone you trust let you down and the worst unforeseen event- losing a loved one. The truth of the matter is that early in our life we had a picture of how life was going to be and down the road you look back and see it was not what you imagined it to be.
I have asked numerous people the question is your life exactly where you imagined it to be? I have never heard anyone say YES exactly what I imagined!
Can you go with the flow and not hold onto expectations?
