Do you struggle with being grace filled?
As we go through life it can be difficult to have grace for ourselves and others. In my leadership role it is necessary to be aware of becoming a Pharisee (ridged, full of rules, prideful). If I find myself headed in that direction I must immediately shift out of that mindset and into grace. There are many times throughout scripture that Christ models grace for us, we just need to align our behaviors with his.
