GIVE THANKS

Do you give thanks often enough?

I have often found that the more I give thanks the more I experience peace. Thanks goes hand in hand with Gratitude. With Thanksgiving approaching it’s a perfect time to pull a piece of paper out and write a list of what we are thankful for.

To help you, here are some ideas: a person, a spiritual gift, physical gift, health gift, a job, etc. that you are thankful for. From the smallest to the greatest – once you start you will find you have much to be thankful for – even if you are currently going through something.

Do this anytime you are feeling down, it is amazing!

Call someone today and let them know how thankful you are for being in their life!
