Do you react instantly when you feel something?
Feelings are important for us to feel and let them flow through us but often we do not like certain feelings therefore we avoid them. Some of the ways we avoid feeling is to get distracted and lost in something: It would be jumping into a relationship, excessive working, Busyness, ignoring, alcohol, drugs, sex, shopping, eating or anything that allows us to avoid them.

- What do you need to do to face them and let them run through?
Scripture tells us this too shall pass!
