Is a habit easy for you to break?
Creating habits can be easy at first but over time we often loose motivation. The easiest way for us to break a habit is to create a new one. There are habits I have been doing since I was a kid, these I have found to be the most difficult to break. Intense focus on a new habit and realizing the benefits that the new habit will bring is one of the keys to success.
It has been said that you can create a habit in 30 days and when you hit the 90 day mark the likely hood to continue is very strong.
