Measuring your walk by your feelings!

In life we tend to measure our walk based on how we feel. This may not give us a true reading as feelings come and go which could give us an inaccurate status of where we are. Evaluate your feelings before you act on them to be sure they are not leading you astray. I have experienced circumstance where one day I was feeling great but the next day I was feeling frustration. It was interesting to observe that my circumstance had not changed but my feelings had. Create habits and procedures that do not vary on how you feel; in other words when you do not feel like going to work, go anyway. You will be glad you did.

Do the opposite of what you feel when it does not line up with the result you have in mind.
