BALANCE IN 4 AREAS

There are 4 areas whereby if you are weak in one area it will affect the 3 other areas. Those 4 areas are:

  • Physical
  • Mental
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual

Often times we get so focused on just one area and are unable to fulfill our maximum potential in that area because one of the other areas is out of balance. When we work on creating balance in all four areas, that is when we will function at our optimal. I find that some areas are easier to balance then others.
