What is in your schedule?

We may have a thought of where we want to be or a goal that we want to achieve. It is important to align your schedule with actions which support your desired results. To be the most effective with your schedule start with putting your important items in first, carve out blocks of time for these items.

If your goals are like these: healthy relationships, starting a new business, finishing a puzzle or going on a vacation you would block time throughout your week to spend time with someone, write a business plan, put 20 pieces of the puzzle together each day and do one action item each day towards planning the vacation.

After you have your important blocks scheduled you put all the other things in, be diligent at adhering to the schedule.
