TENSION

Tension comes and goes!

Throughout our lives we all will feel tension from time to time, but when those times come how do we deal with it? Most of the time tension comes when we feel out of control and in fear. Changing your perception and your thoughts is the best way to relieve tension. You can do this by replacing the thought that brings tension with another more positive thought and praying. It has been said, that most of what we worry about never actually happens.

One of the most impactful quotes I have heard regarding thought life is this, “If your ability to think was removed from you, all of your problems would go away”, this is a deep thought but very true.

Identify a tension you struggle with and then the solution you will administer to release it!
