Is there ever a time where being tired is a challenge for you?

Today was a challenge for me; I did not feel motivated to exercise. I stepped on the elliptical and during the first 10 minutes I wanted to get off and go back to bed. I am sure I am not the only one that ever feels this way. I pushed through it and finished my exercise.

It reminded me of this saying “I have habits and procedures that do not vary on how I feel”.

What are you going to do today even if you might not feel like doing it?
