Have you heard the saying don’t make a mountain out of a mole hill?
As we go through life there will be ups and downs. Sometimes the downs can become worse than they are. There are times in the past where I have made a mountain out of a mole hill. I literally took a simple situation and thought and worried so much about it that it became much larger than it really was. If I had focused that same energy on something positive then that situation would have remained small, however by giving it negative energy , I grew that small situation into something much bigger. When I look at it now, I was making that problem bigger than my God was. I have now learned to shift my thinking and allow God to intercede. I realize that when I put my faith and trust in God that any problem or situation not only shrinks but it becomes bearable.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things.
